Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications ("App") provided by Thunor.App ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

1. Subscriptions & Payment

  • The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans that grant access to premium features.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings.

2. Free Trial

  • New users may be eligible for a free trial period.
  • At the end of the free trial, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Only one free trial may be redeemed per Apple ID account.

3. Use of the App

  • You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to gain access to the App's source code.
  • The App is licensed, not sold. All rights remain with Thunor.App.

4. Privacy Policy

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the App will be error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles.
